As a link in the Chain of Champions, your monthly gift will deliver lasting impact to families affected by Fragile X syndrome. 100% of your donation will go towards finding effective treatments and ultimately a cure as well as sharing discoveries with the Fragile X community so that all can benefit as quickly as possible. Being a link in the Chain allows you to create a big impact with just a small, monthly gift.

At $10 a month

Your contribution will help feed and house Fragile X knockout mice in labs such as Dr. Carlos Portera-Cailliau at UCLA in order to study sensory processing.

At $25 a month

Your contribution will allow researchers like Dr. Artuela Çaku at the University of Sherbrooke to obtain FDA-approved compounds to test the efficacy of medicines on behavior and learning, and to find the best dosages for children and adults with Fragile X.

At $50 a month

Your contribution will allow us to expand The FRAXA Drug Validation Initiative (FRAXA-DVI). FRAXA-DVI provides speedy, cost-effective, objective testing of potential new Fragile X treatments and allows us to partner with pharmaceutical companies to test their compounds in Fragile X.

At $100 a month

Your contribution will power up an EEG machine in a study such as Dr. Carol Wilkinson’s at Boston Children’s Hospital to identify differences in the patterns of brain activity in individuals with Fragile X.
